DSC03383DSC03379DSC03373DSC03380DSC03372DSC03377DSC03376DSC03382The First Annual PJS Tournament was a grand success with a great time had by all.

The day started with all divisions kicking off at 9:00 am sharp.  The event was on a hot court system where each match was assigned a number and when your number was called you were on court for a match.  Each player was slated to play as many matches as their division warranted.

Also part of the event was the awards presentation for the year. such as MIP (Most Improved Player) and the coveted Bob Callahan Trophy which is awarded to the player best exemplifying the philosophy of Princeton Junior Squash.

The MIP Boy went to was Eli Nathan

The MIP Girl went to Isabel Paine

The Bob Callahan Award went to Platon Mazarakis for the Boys and Brynn Bank for the Girls.

The event was run by Gail and other volunteer coaches that helped out were Pete Hart, Dede Webster and Rutwik.  A special thanks and shout out goes to Valeria Mazarakis.  The event would not have gone off without their efforts.
